3 Steps to Upgrade Your Controller with No-Slip Thumb Grips

1. FLIP IT

To apply your KontrolFreek No-Slip Thumb Grip to any compatible controller joystick, first flip the thumb grip inside out. The easiest way to do this is with one finger from each hand. With the thumb grips upside down and the hole on top, place both fingers on opposite sides of the opening and use opposing force to flip the ridges around. If you’ve done this correctly, you should see the KontrolFreek logo inside the opening. 

2. STICK IT

For the next step, place the controller you want to upgrade on a flat surface. Rest the inside out thumb grip directly on top of the analog stick you want to enhance. Use this opportunity to line up the logos however you like, as it will be harder to adjust once the thumb grips are secured to the joystick. 

3. GRIP IT

Finally, to secure your No-Slip Thumb Grip to your controller, all you have to do is turn the Thumb Grip right side out again, while keeping it on top of the analog stick. Start with one edge and press it down until it slides around the underside of the joystick top. Then go around in a circle, pressing down the ridges of the Thumb Grip to secure around the joystick. Look underneath the joystick to ensure that the entire Thumb Grip is secured around the corners of the thumbstick. If done correctly, you should experience no slippage when applying force to or trying to rotate the thumbstick face!
